MadMatYoga is a resource for a variety of self-discovery paths including yoga, meditation, Trager Approach to Psychophysical Integration, Thai yoga and relaxation through hypnosis and guided imagery. Madelana Ferrara-Mattheis, M.A., e-RYT-500 is a member of the organizations, Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.org) and Christians Practicing Yoga (www.christianspracticingyoga.com).

At MadMatYoga we believe that a regular practice of introspection is necessary for health and wellbeing. Science is discovering and validating what yogis and spiritual mystics have known and practiced for ages: going within does not mean going without. Going within is the way to pass through the doorway to the Divine. The practices at MadMatYoga bring you to the doorway.

It is our desire to provide you with tools to continue your journey of self-discovery and we realize that there is an optimal tool for every job. Finding that tool can make such a difference in your journey to the self. There are many paths to the Divine and we have a list of collaborators on the page called Recommended Links.
